Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of Donestra, operated by OMNIAMUS S.R.L. (CUI 54719073, J2026032656006), Ploiesti, Romania, under the AedifyLab brand. By creating an account or using Donestra, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

2. The service

Donestra helps professionals capture job evidence, organize checklists, create summaries, request client review and signature, and export completion records. Features may evolve, and some require a compatible device, network access, third-party services, or a paid plan.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and devices, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not share private approval links except with intended reviewers.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and format that content solely to operate, secure, and improve Donestra and provide features you request.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent or other lawful basis needed to photograph or record people or property, capture location, store client details, send emails, obtain signatures, and use the content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, confidential, dangerous, or malicious material, or use Donestra for surveillance or harassment.

5. Client approvals and records

Donestra records review events, consent, names, responses, and optional signature drawings to support a practical audit trail. Donestra is not a qualified trust service, notary, legal adviser, or guarantee that a record or signature will satisfy every law, contract, evidentiary rule, insurer, or court. You are responsible for deciding whether additional identity checks, contract language, or qualified electronic signatures are required.

6. AI-assisted content

AI summaries may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. They are drafts, not professional, legal, safety, or technical advice. You must review and correct them before relying on or sending them. Do not use AI output as a substitute for required inspection, certification, or professional judgment.

7. Subscriptions, renewal, and refunds

Paid Android subscriptions are sold through Google Play. Prices, taxes, billing periods, trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are displayed and administered by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before renewal. Deleting the Donestra account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Paid features remain available only while Google Play confirms an active entitlement. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect service reliability and prevent abusive storage or processing.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not break laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, misrepresent job completion, or fabricate evidence or approvals.
• Do not probe security, bypass access or plan limits, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected portions, distribute malware, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use Donestra as the only repository for information you are legally required to preserve. Keep appropriate independent records and backups.

9. Our intellectual property

Donestra, its software, branding, design, and documentation belong to OMNIAMUS S.R.L. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful personal or business purposes under these Terms.

10. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, networks, devices, app stores, and third-party providers can affect operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will provide notice when required by law.

11. Suspension and deletion

You may stop using Donestra and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment, or to comply with law. Account deletion is permanent and removes active content as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donestra is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed evidentiary outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, contracts, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability connected with Donestra will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Courts in Romania have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights to bring a claim in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

14. Changes and contact
