Delete your Donestra account
Self-service account deletion
Use this page even if you no longer have the app installed. Identity is verified with your account email and current password.
What will be deleted
Deletion permanently removes your Donestra profile and sessions, jobs and checklists, photos and videos, optional location data, approval requests and client signatures, subscription entitlement record, and generated PDF completion records. This cannot be undone.
Cancel billing separately
Deleting the Donestra account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play before deleting your account to prevent future renewal charges. Google may retain transaction records under its own legal and retention obligations.
Verify and delete
If you cannot access your account, email contact@aedifylab.com from the account address. We may request additional information to verify ownership.
